[KwartzLab] Setting up tools for CS from the Top and Bottom

Next week (on Wednesday) will be the first class in my CS course at 
KWartzLab.

Those planning on attending with laptops and playing along, who have not yet 
got a working ARM assembler + qemu-system combination can come out to TON 
the night before for help setting up such things, time and interest 
permitting.
