I know for a fact that the craft and fabric suppliers in town don't carry
them and I wouldn't expect there to be a local supplier of these nowadays,
so I've always bought online coz it's cheaper than going to Toronto,
especially if you buy in bulk the shipping's not too bad...
Tandy site says they only have stores in Scarborough, Missisauga and
Barrie, but they do have these in their catalogue on sale for a really good
price ($2.79/25), but shipping is $13, so I'd say the other sites are
better, unless he considers Missisauga "local" ^^;
