Open to the public, but space is very limited -- preregistration is required for this workshop!
In this beginner's level workshop, we will demystify yeasted white bread. Learn (probably) more than you ever wanted to know about dough fermentation, gluten development, and how baker's do math, as we make a cold-fermented baguette, and a soft sandwich loaf.
